In the words of Lou Holtz, "I've been 21, you have never been 78." Not revealing my age here, but rather the purpose of TFD Consulting is to leverage my career experience and help others grow their businesses and careers, while giving back to communities. 
   
The experience of managing through three corporate mergers and two start-ups has given me unique insight into business. Throughout, I have focused on managing the planning, design, construction, and operations of corporate real estate as an owner and a service provider.

In my new corporate real estate advisory role, I’m able to offer an unbiased perspective gained from someone who has lived the issues and fostered results. For example, I have often thought one of the biggest challenges in this business is getting to yes. Reaching agreement and final approval with the many stakeholders on a development plan can be challenging. Executing on that plan should be less of a challenge, however, the structure of our industry can make it difficult to collaborate and communicate in all phases of the process. 

I’ve certainly seen the industry challenges first hand and learned a few lessons along the way, but the tools and management techniques we have developed greatly improve your odds of success. I'm excited to have the opportunity to work with you and your business whether you're just starting out or you're in a fully mature business.
